Erin Cook MD

Dr. Erin Cook, MD, specializes in the care of older adults, providing both primary and consultative services. Her expertise includes comprehensive geriatric assessments, memory consultations, advanced care planning, fall prevention, and primary care. Board certified in Geriatric Medicine and Internal Medicine, Dr. Cook completed her fellowship and residency in Geriatric Medicine and Internal Medicine at the UCLA School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine at USC and is dedicated to promoting the health, independence, and quality of life of her patients.
