Erik J. Nuveen BA, MD, DMD

Dr. Nuveen and Dr. Caplin are Oklahoma City's only triple-board-certified cosmetic surgeons, having achieved dipolomat status with The American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, The American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery and The American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Erik Nuveen, performs numerous surgeries of the face, body, breast and skin. Dr. Nuveen stands apart from other cosmetic surgeons due to his tireless dedication to patient care. His impeccable training includes both medical and dental graduate degrees, as well as immense knowledge and skill that has allowed him to complete more than 14,000 cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.
Dr. Nuveen received his B.A. in Biology from Lafayette College in 1989. He then earned a Doctorate in Dentistry (D.M.D.) from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 1994. He then completed a one year rotational year in General Practice Residency at Sepulveda VAMC/ UCLA Medical Center. This was immediately followed by a the first year of his five years devoted to Maxillofacial Surgery at at the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, Torrance, CA.
