Erik Hulzebos is a clinical exercise physiologist (ACSM registered), medical physiologist (SMBWO-recognised) and (sports) physiotherapist. He works as an assistant professor at the Wilhelmina Children's Hospital, Children's Division, of the University Medical Center Utrecht.
After completing his CIOS training in Heerenveen (1987, Cum Laude), Dr. Hulzebos completed the Physiotherapy training (1991, Cum Laude) at the Hoge school Utrecht in combination with the Master Sports Physiotherapy (1993 graduated). He received his MSc. in “Exercise Physiology” from the Faculty of Health Sciences at Maastricht University in 1998. He received his doctorate in 2006 from the Faculty of Medicine at Utrecht University.
