Erik Glitman

Mr. Glitman has been a part of the Fletcher/CSI team for 24 years and monitors all client activities to ensure they meet expectations and Fletcher/CSI’s quality standards. Mr. Glitman is the founder of Fletcher/CSI.

Mr. Glitman has 27 years of experience consulting on and managing key competitive intelligence projects that have supported clients’ strategic planning, sales, marketing, and future growth initiatives. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Johnson State College (VT), a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Vermont, and a Master’s in International Affairs from the American University. He has extensive experience preparing financial analyses and strategic plans for company growth and competitive assessments.

Mr. Glitman served as Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) and has written numerous articles on the integration of CI with strategy, tactics, sales, and development. He has also served as adjunct faculty at Champlain College (Burlington, VT), where he taught undergraduate courses in competitive intelligence.
