Eric Dane PhD

Eric L. Dane is an Associate Principal Scientist at AstraZeneca in Boston, Massachusetts, where he is the lead chemist for the Advanced Drug Delivery group. His work focuses on developing novel excipients for lipid nanoparticles (LNPs), which are used in emerging therapies that require systemic targeting of extrahepatic cells and tissues. Dane earned his Ph.D. in organic materials chemistry from MIT in 2010.
