Eric Beard is a corrective exercise specialist, licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer, educator, and health and fitness author with an extensive background in rehabilitation and human movement. He holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Rehabilitation Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Services with a focus on Medical Therapeutic Rehabilitation. He is an honors graduate of the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. Through his long-running blog, Eric Beard’s Corrective Exercise Blog, he shares evidence-based insights on posture, injury prevention, corrective exercise, flexibility, athletic performance, and professional development for trainers and therapists.
Eric also serves as a Senior Master Instructor for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), has taught as adjunct faculty in health and sports sciences, and frequently presents at industry conferences, where he is known for bridging clinical knowledge with practical, real-world movement solutions that help people move better, reduce pain, and perform at their best.
