Enzo Agostinelli PhD

Dr. Enzo Agostinelli is a Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in the Faculty of Pharmacy and Medicine at the SAPIENZA University of Rome, Italy. He specialized in Endocrinology, at the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, and in the College PhD course in Biochemistry at the same University. He was a Postdoctoral and researcher training was carried out in several Universities in the European Union, Canada and the USA, where he improved his knowledge of intracellular microinjection/electroporation techniques and cancer research. Dr. E. Agostinelli was visiting scientist in several research centers and Universities:1988: Centre d'Etudes Nucleaires de Grenoble, France.1988: Biotechnology Centre-Cranfield Institute of Technology, England.1988-1995 and 2002: Université du Quebec a Montréal, Canada.

Dr. Agostinelli's research has been awarded NIH (USA)-Italian Ministry of Health funding, including other Institutions and some Foundation-funded grants: by the Italian Ministry of Scientific Research (MIUR), University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Italian National Research Council (CNR), Canadian National Cancer Institute (NCI), Canadian Medical Research Cancer (CMRC) and by NSERC (Canadian Institution Cancer Research), several PRIN - MIUR Projects (Italian Ministry of Scientific Research) years: 2001, 2003, 2005, 2008; and Institute Pasteur Paris-Cenci Bolognetti Foundation.
