Enoch Huang, MD, MPH&TM, FACEP, FUHMS, FACCWS, CWS-P is board certified in Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine as well as in Emergency Medicine. He graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans (1992-1996) and completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of California, Irvine (1996-1999). During his residency, he developed an interest in diving medicine and cultivated this interest by volunteering at the Catalina Island Hyperbaric Chamber.

He completed a fellowship in Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania (1999-2000), where he then served as faculty in both Hyperbaric Medicine and Emergency Medicine (2000-2003). He relocated to Southern California and continued his practice at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center (2003-2005), where he briefly re-established its fellowship program in Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine. In September of 2005, he left California to become the Medical Director of the Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine Clinic at Adventist Medical Center – Portland, where he continues to practice both Hyperbaric Medicine and Emergency Medicine.
