Enno De Boer PhD

Enno is leading our operations hub in the Mid-Atlantic region. He is the founder and global leader of McKinsey’s Capability Center Network, a network of 15 training centers that train 12,000 managers from over 300 organizations every year in the latest operations transformation approaches. He is also a co-leader of the recently established service line focused on quality, compliance, and remediation. In his advisory work, Enno supports several Fortune 500 and SME clients across industries in their pursuit of operational excellence, gaining a competitive advantage. He supports clients in developing strategies, setting up best practice value chains, transforming core business processes, and building capabilities. Enno spends the majority of his time advising pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers.
He also advises across a broad range of operations-intensive industries, including fast-moving consumer goods, advanced electronics, and automotive and assembly. Before joining McKinsey, Enno was a project manager at BMW. He relocated to McKinsey’s New Jersey location in 2010, after spending more than ten years in our Munich office.
