Dr Emma Morris, honorary consultant haematologist and a reader in immunology and immunotherapy at UCL, established her own research group in 2002 and is developing novel gene and cell therapies for the treatment of haematological malignancies. She is the chief investigator of three UK Cancer Research Network phase I studies, is on the national executive committee of the British Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation and the editorial board of the British Journal for Haematology. Dr Morris is currently joint director of research and development at the Royal Free Hospital.
