Emily R. Winslow MD, FACS

Dr. Winslow is MedStar’s Regional Chief of Hepatopancreaticobiliary Surgery and a board-certified surgeon who specializes in the treatment of cancer of the liver, pancreas, gallbladder, and bile ducts, as well as benign conditions that affect these organs. She is an experienced surgeon and performs minimally invasive and open surgery of the liver, biliary tree, and pancreas.

She earned her medical degree at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Winslow completed a residency in general surgery at Washington University School of Medicine. She then completed a fellowship in hepatopancreaticobiliary surgery at the Washington University School of Medicine and a fellowship in transplant surgery at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She obtained a Masters's degree in Clinical Investigation at the University of Wisconsin.
