Emily Harrison MD, MPH

Dr. Emily Harrison joins Thundermist Health Center as a family medicine physician in West Warwick. Dr. Harrison’s clinical expertise includes women’s health and family medicine. She is fluent in Spanish and has spent most of her career working in the Latino community. Dr. Harrison previously served as the medical director of the family medicine practice at Care New England Medical Group Women’s Care. She served as medical staff president at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island and on Care New England’s Board of Directors.

Dr. Harrison received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine. She completed her residency program at Brown University Family Medicine Residency and completed a fellowship in Maternal Child Health. She has a Master of Public Health degree from Brown University and received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University.
