Eman T. Sadoun MD

Dr. Eman Sadoun graduated with honors from School of Medicine in Egypt; she got her postgraduate degrees from Ohio State University and Georgia State University respectively. She pursued her professional and academic carrier in the US as a scientist/ researcher in several institutions including James Cancer Hospital at Ohio State University, Georgia State University, and University of Washington (UW). She joined the Qatar Supreme Council of Health in 2009 as the chief of clinical research where she developed a systematic model of research governance.

Dr. Sadoun is currently the chairman of the Qatar National Research Ethics committee, issued by H.E. the Minister of Health. She is involved in a number of national committees such as Qatar University Expertise Insight Group, Qatar University Biomedical Science program Advisory Committee, the WCMC- RAC committee, the SCH Healthcare Quality Committee, the SCH Cancer Research Committee, and the SCH Mental Health Research Committee.
