Elly Fatehi PharmD, MPH, BCPS

Elly Fatehi, PharmD, MPH, BCPS is currently the Director of Clinical Pharmacy at Amida Care, a Special Needs Health Plan in New York, NY. Her responsibilities include formulary management, PBM oversight and clinical program development and implementation. Elly received her PharmD from Rutgers University (2002) and completed a post-graduate year 1 (PGY1) Residency at University of California, Irvine Medical Center. She received her Masters of Public Health (MPH) in Health Policy and Administration from the University of Illinois, Chicago. Elly began her pharmacy career as a community pharmacist and has served as a clinical pharmacist at Optum Rx before pursuing a career in the pharmaceutical industry at Lilly USA. Prior to Amida Care, Elly lead the pharmacy department at Dean Health Plan, a regional health plan in Madison, Wisconsin.
