Elliott M. Moskowitz DDS, MSD

Dr. Elliott M. Moskowitz is a clinical orthodontist with an active participation, as a part-time faculty member, in the Dept. of Orthodontics at NYU College of Dentistry. Additionally, Dr. Moskowitz has been visibly active in the tripartite American Dental Association. He is a Past-President of the New York County Dental Society, a former member of the Greater New York Dental Meeting Organizational Committee, and has served as a Delegate to the American Dental Association House of Delegates from the 2nd Trustee District (New York State).

Dr. Moskowitz has been extensively involved in dental publications. He is currently the Editor of The New York State Dental Journal (official publication of The New York State Dental Association) and is a Contributing Editor to the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics. He has served as a reviewer or referee to numerous orthodontic and dental peer reviewed publications, most notably, The American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Dr. Moskowitz has published numerous clinical articles that have appeared in many Orthodontic and Dental Journals and has also contributed chapters on orthodontics in dental textbooks. His comments and Guest Editorials have been published in such peer reviewed publications such as The Angle Orthodontist and The American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
