Elliott Blass PhD

Elliott M. Blass is a Professor Emeritus at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Massachusetts, United States. Dr. Blass was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania and served as a Professor at Johns Hopkins University and School of Medicine for 20 years ['69-'89] during which time he was a Resident in Psychiatry [1978-1982]. He was then at Cornell University for 10 years and since 1998 has been a Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of Massachusetts and a Research Professor in Pediatrics at the Boston University School of Medicine. Blass has held numerous editorial positions and fellowships including a Fulbright-Hayes Research Professorship, a John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Fellowship, and was a Research Scientist Awardee for twenty years.
