Ellen Coster PhD

Dr. Ellen Koster works as a researcher and lecturer in pharmacy practice research at the Department of Pharmacoepidemiology & Clinical Pharmacology (UPPER), Utrecht University. Her Current projects focus on (chronic) medication use in adolescents, health literacy, and adherence-enhancing interventions in the (community) pharmacy setting. In her research, she works with both quantitative and qualitative data. As a university teacher in the pharmacy department, she is mainly involved in the field of oral communication training and assessment. Ellen is chair of the BKO/SKO committee Pharmaceutical Sciences and the BKO/SKO committee Faculty of Science Biology & Pharmacy.
