Elizabeth Walters DNP, CPNP-PC, RN, CIC

Elizabeth Miller Walters DNP, CPNP, RN is the Director of Interprofessional Education and Practice (IPEP) for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s School of Nursing and an assistant professor in the School of Nursing. She is active in interprofessional practice having led many teams in quality improvement initiatives. She is a pediatric nurse practitioner and practices in adolescent specialty care, juvenile justice and primary care. She focuses her quality improvement work on IPEP, adolescent specialty care and antibiotic stewardship. She received her BSN from Salisbury University and her DNP from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
