Elizabeth Scott MD

Elizabeth Joy Scott graduating from Duke University School of Medicine completed a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Iowa and a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Boston Children's Hospital. Her clinical focus is on hip arthroscopy and non-arthritic hip conditions. Her research has previously focused on the biomechanics of hip instability and impingement, as well as improving outcome measurement tools and patient-provider communication in orthopedics. Outside of the hospital, she is passionate about equestrian sports, Medieval and Renaissance history, and martial arts.
