Elizabeth Garrison Salt PhD, RN, MSN, BSN, APRN

Elizabeth Salt completed a BSN (2001), MSN (2005), and Ph.D. (2009) from the UK College of Nursing. Dr. Salt's research interests include medication adherence, decision-making, and patient-healthcare provider communication in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and the relationship between psychosocial factors and biomechanical behavior in low-back patients. She continues in clinical practice as a rheumatology nurse practitioner. While she teaches at the College of Nursing, she also teaches at the Lewis Honors College here at the University of Kentucky.
