Elizabeth was trained in Australia and the US. Over the next decade, she built a research program with government and industry partnerships in allergy and immunology research. She joined Nestle Research in 2017 and has gained experience in internal and external manufacturing, quality, supply chain, product development, and business strategy. She possesses a strong, collaborative leadership style that fosters alignment across a matrixed organization and is passionate about unlocking high performance in teams by understanding individual motivators, as well as unique qualities to decipher how different people can work together productively.
