Elizabeth Cullen BA, BS, MS

Elizabeth Cullen, MS, is the Senior Project Manager for Care Redesign at the Brigham and Women’s Physicians Organization (BWPO), where she is responsible for implementing innovative Population Health Management pilot programs. Her interests include improving transitions of care, and in engaging physicians in clinical care redesign. Prior to joining the BWPO, Elizabeth led a team of research associates in cardiovascular clinical research. She received a Masters of Science in Health Systems Management from Rush University, and a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Stonehill College.
