Elizabeth Bridges PhD, RN, CCNS, FCCM, FAAN

Elizabeth Bridges, Ph.D., RN, CCNS, FCCM, FAAN, serves a three-year term as a director on the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) board of directors from July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2019. She also serves a concurrent one-year term on the AACN Certification Corporation board from July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019. Bridges is a professor, Biobehavioral Nursing and Health Informatics at the University of Washington School of Nursing, Seattle, and clinical nurse researcher at University of Washington Medical Center. In October 2014, she retired with the rank of colonel after 30 years of service in the USAF Nurse Corps.
