Elisabeth Fowlie Mock MD, MPH, FAAFP

Elisabeth Fowlie Mock, MD, MPH, FAAFP, with MICIS since 2011, received her doctorate from Vanderbilt Medical School and a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill. She also attended Colby College and Emory University. Elisabeth is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. Her clinical work includes hospital medicine and she owns a consulting/education company. She is active in the leadership of the Maine Academy of Family Physicians and is enrolled in the Hanley Physician Executive Leadership Institute. She has participated in numerous state and local opioid-related work groups. She lives in Holden with her husband, three teenagers, one dog, and one cat.
