Elijah Desmond RDH, BS

Elijah from an early age, as dental professionals have been some of the most influential people in his life. It’s easy to see that Elijah is at home in a dental setting. When it was time for Elijah to begin college, two years early at 16, it was only natural for him to major in the only thing he’d ever wanted to do: dental hygiene.

In 2009 after graduating from The Ohio State University with his degree in dental hygiene Elijah moved to Honolulu, Hawaii to start his career as a dental hygienist. However, his career as a full-time dental hygienist was short-lived. After realizing the shortage of full-time dental hygienists in Hawaii, Elijah started Hawaii Smiles Dental Temp Agency LLC, his first business.
