Elide Pastorello MD

Professor Elide Anna Pastorello is an internationally renowned doctor in the fields of Cardiology, Allergology, and Clinical Immunology. She is currently the Head of the Complex Structure of Allergology and Immunology at the Niguarda Hospital in Milan and Associate Professor of Allergology and Immunology at the University of Milan. She has also authored more than 120 publications of major medical relevance, and in 2001 was appointed by the European Commission as a member of the Scientific Committee on the Safety of Food Labels.
