Elaine is a proven Health Care Leader with extensive experience working in the field of Emergency Nursing in Canada, England, Australia, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. A skilled visionary that is able to strategically plan, lead people through change, and introduce creative innovative ideas that impact business and bring about impressive results. She has been featured in the College of Nursing of Ontario publication the Standard as an example of ‘ Best practice’ when mentoring RN’s, and has spoken at the International Council of Nurses National Conference in Taiwan on the barriers faced by International nurses trying to gain access to the nursing profession in Ontario. In 2004 she mobilized a group of healthcare recruiters and created and established a non–profit organization ‘Nurses4Ontario’ whose mandate it is to retain graduating nurses in Ontario
