Elahe Nezami, Ph.D. is Associate Professor of Clinical Preventive Medicine and Associate Dean for Undergraduate, Masters and Professional Degree Programs; Director of Health Promotion and Global Health Programs (HP); (GH) Co-Director, Global Medicine Program (MSGM) at the Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California.

She is the principal investigator of the USC Transdisciplinary Tobacco Use Research Center (TTURC) pilot program, Psychosocial Predictors of Smoking Across Cultures. The project is studying self-medication and smoking in the U.S., China, and Iran. Dr. Nezami earned her B.A. from Assumption College, her M.A. from the University of Houston, and her M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Southern California.
