Ehsan H. Balagamwala MD

Dr. Ehsan H. Balagamwala, M.D., is a radiation oncologist at the Cleveland Clinic whose clinical practice focuses on advanced radiotherapy techniques, including SBRT, SRS, IMRT, VMAT, and brachytherapy, with expertise in treating tumors of the spine, brain, lung, gastrointestinal, and genitourinary systems. He is actively involved in clinical and translational research, having established the spine SBRT research database at the Cleveland Clinic and serving as co–principal investigator on a prospective randomized trial evaluating spine SBRT fractionation, along with leading multi-institutional collaborations in spine SBRT and intraoperative radiotherapy. Dr. Balagamwala is also deeply committed to medical education and mentorship, developing innovative training initiatives for students and trainees
