Edurne Arriola Aperribay has a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Barcelona. She obtained a medical degree from the University of Navarra.
He completed his residency in Medical Oncology at the Bellvitge University Hospital - Catalan Institute of Oncology and did a stay as a clinical research fellow at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London and at the Cytogenetics Laboratory of Pathology Department, Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston to develop of the cytogenetic technique in solid tumors as a diagnostic tool (kidney tumors and soft parts).
She has also completed a stay as a clinical research fellow in the Cancer Sciences Department of the University of Southampton.
She is a member of the IMIM Cancer Program since 2014.
She has been a teaching collaborator since 2002 in both theory and practice, within the Clinical Analysis itinerary of the fifth year of the Biology degree at the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona, and has participated in the doctoral course of the Department of Genetics of the Faculty of Biology from the University of Barcelona (UB).
