Eduardo Icaza MD

Eduardo Icaza, M.D., is a comprehensive and interventional pain management physician at Baptist Health Miami Neuroscience Institute. Dr. Icaza is double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain management. He specializes in diagnosing and treating various acute and chronic pain conditions including spinal, neuropathic, and postsurgical pain. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Prior to joining Miami Neuroscience Institute in 2022, Dr. Icaza served as an interventional pain physician at Mendelson Kornblum Orthopedics, Spine and Pain Specialists for four years. He also consulted for several Detroit-area hospitals. He earned the Robert Sweet Excellence in Anesthesiology award at the University of Michigan Medical School. He’s published research in Anesthesiology and Anesthesia and Analgesia as well as presented at national conferences.
