Edmund A. Pribitkin MD, MBA, FACS

A perennial Philadelphia Top Doc, researcher, and educator, Dr. Pribitkin is an Executive Vice President at Jefferson Health and the President of the Jefferson Medical Group. He is responsible for Jefferson's physician and provider operations. He helps align and promote strategies for the success of both inpatient and outpatient provider services. His key initiatives include improving access to Jefferson’s premier academic medical center as well as cultivating the engagement of physicians and staff in elevating Jefferson’s traditionally high levels of quality and patient satisfaction.

As an innovator and a collaborative team-builder, Dr. Pribitkin helps to enhance programs at Jefferson that provide state-of-the-art diagnosis and treatment while creating important opportunities for clinical and translational research. He recently received the Academic Achievement Award in Medicine at the 14th Annual Jefferson Gala (2016). He serves as the Chair of the Jefferson Value Analysis and Coding Documentation Steering Committees and works on top-level enterprise strategy initiatives at the University while maintaining a surgical practice in the thyroid, parathyroid, and rhinoplasty surgery.
