Eder Galinari Ferreira graduated in Biological Sciences from the Centro Universitário do Leste de Minas Gerais (2004). Master in Food Science and Technology (2011) and PhD in Agricultural Microbiology (2016) from the Federal University of Viçosa. Post-doctorate (2017-2018) in Pharmaceutical Sciences at UFRN where he evaluated the biological activities of plant extracts and their isolates; and Post-doctorate in Biochemistry at UFRN (2018-2019), evaluating pharmacological activities of yeast cell wall polysaccharides. He has experience with lactic acid bacteria and biofilms from artisanal cheesemaking environments; cultivation of microorganisms in a continuous system; yeast cell wall polysaccharides; and in vitro cultivation of human and animal cells. I taught in a Specialization course at Universidade Potiguar (UnP). He is currently an Adjunct Professor (Exclusive Dedication) at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco where he teaches in the area of Microbiology (2019-current), participates in didactic coordination committees and course structuring teaching center, guides TCC, scientific initiation and Masters in Biodiversity. He carries out research in Agricultural Microbiology, in particular, bio inputs such as biostimulants and inoculants for agriculture, as well as microorganisms for application in the environmental area.
