He has nearly 25 years of consulting experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, with a focus on connecting user insights with business decisions, marketing strategy, innovation planning and device design.

This enables him to lead customer insight research that results in actionable recommendations, communicated in a clear and compelling way, to effectively inform client decisions. He also understands that successful market research is a function of leveraging a best in class process that scales appropriately, is flexible in responding to shifting demands, and is accountable to the many stakeholders who must act on it.
