Echeazu Ogu PhD, RAC

Dr Ogu is one of the founding members of NAPPSA and has served in a variety of important leadership roles within the Association. Dr Ogu is the current Chair of NAPPSA Program Committee; past Chair and current member of NAPPSA Website Committee and a current member of the Board.

Dr Ogu is currently an Independent Consultant and President, BonScience, Inc., providing expert technical and regulatory guidance and training in the pharmaceutical, biotech and related fields. He has about 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Ogu’s areas of expertise include Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmaceutical Development and Biomedical Analysis.

Dr Ogu has previously held positions of increasing responsibility at several pharmaceutical companies including DuPont Merck Pharmaceuticals, Monsanto / Searle, Pfizer, Lavipharm Laboratories. His areas of interests include The ICH Process, Capacity Building for Clinical Trials, Pharmaceutical Regulations, Quality Assurance, and Laboratory Testing issues in Developing Countries, especially Nigeria.
