Dzihan Abazovic MD, PhD

Dzihan Abazovic, M.D., is an emergency medicine specialist who started to work in the field of regenerative medicine and blood management during his residency. As a consultant for private and public hospitals, he has done more than 5000 various procedures using PRP and stem cells in orthopedics, wound care, aesthetics, neurology, and open-heart surgery. Along with his colleagues, dr Abazovic introduced regenerative medicine into clinical practice in Serbia. Research of stem cells and blood derivatives is one of his greatest interests. Together with his team, he introduced novel techniques in treating different pathologies (orthopedics, gynecology, endocrinology, cardiology) involved in the development and implementation of novel cell-based therapies.
