Dwight Claustre BA, CHC-F, CHRC, CHPC

Dwight Claustre is a Director at Aegis with over 35 years of health care consulting and administrative experience. During his career, he has focused on compliance, risk management, and operations management. Dwight has fulfilled a number of leadership roles in health care compliance. Notably, he was a System Compliance Director with a large healthcare system on the west coast. Since becoming a consultant, Dwight has filled various interim compliance officer positions in academic medical centers, health systems, hospitals, research programs, and physician practices as well as involvement in consulting on physician arrangement special projects. Included in these experiences was his time as an interim compliance officer for two large children's hospitals. Dwight is a member of the faculty for the HCCA Basic and Research Academies. He serves as an exam writer for the CHC, CHC-F, and CHRC exams of the Compliance Certification Board. He speaks nationally on various aspects of compliance including Stark risk mitigation, conducting investigations, and conducting risk assessments.
