Duncan Maccannell PhD

Duncan MacCannell is the Senior Advisor for Bioinformatics in the National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases, where he is responsible for the development and coordination of bioinformatics resources for laboratories across CDC�s Office of Infectious Diseases. His current focus is on genomic and metagenomic applications in public health microbiology.
