Dr. Duncan Cantor's background is in public affairs and communications. He believes passionately in the old adage that ‘people do business with people they trust, and people trust people they know. And it’s this that has shaped his communications style. A reputation built over time through the good company and product communications can steer and shape a business, driving its growth and success. A bad reputation can break one in minutes.

And so he works with leadership teams to create communications strategies that build reputation, develop trust and help grow the business. In the past few years, he has worked on the usual array of projects, from consumer campaigns to internal change management projects; from crisis preparation and media training to crisis management. Some of the projects he has worked on have broken the mold and won awards. Others have fixed issues and/or helped steer management decisions and actions during restructures.
