Drue Bailey BSN, RN

Drue Bailey, RN, has been driven by a deep-rooted desire to be a healer and a strong interest in holistic health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kansas School of Nursing in 2019. Her nursing career began in the cardiac care unit, where she developed a strong clinical foundation, and later expanded through travel nursing across multiple acute-care settings, including progressive care (PCU), orthopedics, float pool, and oncology.

While her experience in acute care provided invaluable clinical insight, it also reinforced her belief that there is untapped potential to better support patients through comprehensive and individualized care. Throughout her career, Drue Bailey has remained passionate about an integrative, mind-body approach to healing, viewing it as essential to achieving true and lasting well-being.

This philosophy led her to Dr. Z’s Functional Medicine Academy (FMA), where she currently serves on the Clinical and Member Success Team as a Member Success Advisor. In this role, she is dedicated to supporting practitioners and members while advancing a healthcare model focused on holistic, patient-centered, and root-cause healing. Her work in functional medicine reflects a lifelong commitment to facilitating meaningful healing journeys.
