Dr. Drew M. Keister, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician and academic leader at Lehigh Valley Health Network. He serves as Vice Chair of Education in the Department of Family Medicine, where he oversees residency training, curriculum development, and faculty mentoring. Dr. Keister earned his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine after completing his undergraduate studies at Cornell University.
He completed his residency in family medicine at Malcolm Grow Medical Center, Andrews Air Force Base, and completed a fellowship in Primary Care Faculty Development at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in Chapel Hill. In his clinical practice, Dr. Keister provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, focusing on preventive health, chronic disease management, and patient-centered care. He is actively involved in medical education, mentoring future family physicians, and contributing to academic research in family medicine and primary care.
