Saj Jivraj DDS, MD

Dr. Jivraj is a former chairperson of Fixed Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry at the USC School of Dentistry. He has published numerous articles on cosmetic and implant dentistry in peer-reviewed journals and is considered an expert in this field. He co-wrote the textbook, Treatment Planning in Implant Dentistry, published by the British Dental Association. Dr. Jivraj’s book, Graftless Solutions for the Edentulous Patient, was published in 2018 and has been used by more than 15,000 dentists, clinicians, and specialists worldwide. He currently holds a position on the editorial board of the Journal of Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry and is the ad hoc reviewer for the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry.

Dr. Jivraj then came to the U.S. to attend the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California (USC), renowned for its advanced program in Prosthodontics. While earning a Certificate in Prosthodontics, he mastered the art and skill of full-mouth reconstruction procedures. He then completed a master’s degree in Science Education with a specialty in Medical Education, also at USC.

Although he was accepted to medical school, Dr. Jivraj then decided to apply to dental school. Believing that he could be impactful in that field, he earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Manchester Dental School in England.
