Dr. Milam is associate professor of Urologic Surgery at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. The mission of the practice is to provide our patients with focused state of the art urologic surgical care. We have over 20 years experience addressing challenging surgical problems of the lower urinary tract. These involve artificial urinary sphincter or urethral sling placement to improve continence in men, urethral reconstruction (urethroplasty) for urethral stricture disease, male genital surgery including penile implant placement or surgery to address Peyronie's disease.
