Doone Winnard

Dr Doone Winnard is a public health physician and Clinical Director for Population Health at Counties Manukau Health in South Auckland. The population served by Counties Manukau Health is ethnically diverse, with high levels of socioeconomic disadvantage. Her team contribute to health service planning and evaluation for CM Health, to support CM Health improve population health and equity, people’s experience of health services and financial sustainability.

Previously Doone has worked in a number of roles across the health sector including as a general practitioner, in youth health in school and community settings, workforce development and as a population health advisor for the Maaori Health team at Counties Manukau Health.
