Donna Royster MHA, PMP, CHC

Donna Royster has worked in the field of radiation oncology for twenty + years, with leadership positions in administration and management. In 2013 she joined the Levine Cancer Institute in Charlotte, North Carolina, a division of Atrium Healthcare. Donna holds a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, is a certified project manager as well as Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC)® with HCCA. Her focus is with special projects in revenue cycle within radiation oncology practices with an emphasis on compliance, staffing and productivity.

Currently, her work with the Levine Cancer Institute involves maximizing opportunities for improvement for all areas of the revenue cycle process as it relates to radiation oncology and serves as facility compliance coordinator for the Radiation Oncology service line. She works with staffing models in freestanding joint ventures and hospital departments to emphasize efficiency through process improvement with focused project management and practices that impact the bottom line.

In addition, she is the administrative director for two freestanding radiation oncology clinics of a joint venture between Atrium and Tenet healthcare systems. Donna is board certified in both radiology and radiation therapy and holds membership in the Society of Radiation Oncology Administrators. She serves on the Advisory Board of Carolinas Healthcare College.
