Donna Cheung

Donna Cheung is the Rehab and Community Re-engagement Coordinator with the South East Toronto Stroke Network based out of St Michael’s Hospital. She had worked as a clinical Occupational Therapist in both the acute and rehab sector for many years. In her current position, she has had the opportunity to co-lead research projects, regional and provincial initiatives to enhance the transitions of care for persons with stroke
