Donna Bonney

Donna has more than 30 years of experience as a clinician, educator, manager, and leader across both the public and private healthcare sectors.

Donna is passionate about interprofessional education and translational simulation, evidence-based practice, workforce planning, and development, improving workplace culture, communication and teamwork behaviors, and supporting the healthcare workforce to work top of the scope.

Donna is also a Board Director and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). In addition to her numerous technical certifications, she holds a Master of Nursing (Advanced Clinical Education), a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Nursing, a Bachelor of Nursing (Distinction), and a graduate certificate in Education (Leadership and Management).
