Dr. Malay is director of Podiatric Research at the Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. He received his Bachelors of Science in Biology from Juniata College, and then attended the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine (PCPM, now the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine) in Philadelphia, graduating with honors in 1983. He then completed a 3-year residency in foot and ankle reconstructive and trauma surgery at the Northlake Regional Medical Center (formerly Doctors Hospital) in Tucker, Georgia
