Dr. Donald Davidoff is Chief, Department of Neuropsychology and Director, Neuropsychology Fellowship Program. Current responsibilities include management of clinical and administrative staff, clinical care, and training of post-doctoral fellows and psychiatry residents. He founded the Geriatric Neuropsychiatry Unit and was, for 16 years, the Psychologist-in-Charge. Dr. Davidoff was presented Harvard South Shore Psychiatry Residency Program’s Outstanding Teacher Award for 2013.

He is also a Senior Consultant with the Levinson Institute, specializing in the teaching of leadership skills to physicians. He has served as chairman of the Commissioner's Task Force on Alzheimer's Disease, on the State House Task Force on Elder Mental Health and on the board of the Alzheimer's Association. His practice includes both clinical and forensic work. Current research interests include Nonverbal Learning Disability, cognition and mental illness, and the use of ECT. He is co-author (under the pseudonym G.H. Ephron) of five recently published mystery novels, about the forensic neuropsychologist, Dr. Peter Zak.
