Internal of the Paris Hospitals, Dominique Darmaun worked alongside Professor Lestradet (precursor in diabetic treatment) on diabetes and nutrition in children.

The PhAN laboratory is part of the 5 research units in nutrition of the CRNH (Human Nutrition Research Center) and works closely with the neonatology department of Nantes University Hospital, led by Professor Jean-Christophe Rozé. Dominique is a member of the Axis 2 Scientific Committee for her key expertise in child nutrition.
